The Weimaraner is a high-energy, athletic breed known for its distinctive silver-gray coat and striking amber or blue eyes. They are intelligent, loyal, and deeply bonded to their owners. Weimaraners are prone to separation anxiety and do not do well when left alone. They require extensive daily exercise to remain well-behaved. They can be strong-willed and require consistent, experienced handling. Weimaraners are generally good with children but may be too boisterous for very young kids.
